Kings Grant is not
directly affiliated with McKendree but uses classroom space at the
always growing United Methodist Church. Come join us at
McKendree UMC and also become a part of the outstanding Kings Grant
Preschool. The following is taken from a letter written to The
Country Courier in King William County regarding King’s Grant
Preschool.
“I just wanted to take
a moment and express my gratitude to two wonderful ladies. They
operate and teach at a local preschool, Kings Grant, at McKendree
Church . Their names are
Kim Campbell
and Gracie Reed. These ladies taught my shy little girl who in the
beginning would cling to my leg when I dropped her off in the
mornings. Now, two years later, she is counting the days till
Kindergarten starts. With Kim and Gracie’s help, she
developed an amazing sense of self confidence. These two remarkable
women run a preschool program for 3 and 4 year olds. They provide a
comforting environment that makes the transition from being at home
to
starting school an easy one.
The Children
have so much fun, learning, singing, doing art projects and going on
numerous fieldtrips. I literally cannot think of enough good things
to say about these two, except they are truly inspirational. Kings
Grant has been a part of our community for a long time and they have
an excellent reputation. I highly recommend them for anyone looking
for a preschool for their kids.”
